How should I store my chocolates to keep them fresh?

To maintain the complex flavor profiles and texture, store your chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. A temperature between 12°C and 18°C is ideal. Avoid refrigeration unless necessary, as it can cause 'bloom' or condensation.

Do you offer options for dietary restrictions like vegan or gluten-free?

Yes, we offer an extensive range of vegan-friendly chocolates made with nut milks or high-cacao dark chocolate. While many of our ingredients do not contain gluten, all our products are made in the same environment, so we cannot guarantee they are 100% allergen-free.

What is your shipping policy for temperature-sensitive items?

We take great care to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. During warmer months or for delivery to hot climates, we use insulated packaging and gel packs to prevent melting. We recommend choosing express shipping during heatwaves.

Can I track my order after it has been placed?

Once your order has been dispatched from our chocolate factory, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey from our door to yours via our trusted courier partners.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days with your order number and photos.

How do you source your cacao?

We are committed to 'Engaged Ethics.' We grow some of our own cacao on our estate in Saint Lucia and work directly with farming communities globally to ensure fair pay, sustainable farming practices, and no child labor in our supply chain.
